What does Lytham mean to you? Leafy haven? Ladies what lunch? Shopping mecca or playtime paradise?

Throughout July and August 2016 we worked with Lytham Festival, in conjunction with Fylde Borough Council and the Arts Partnership for Fylde, to invite residents and visitors to explore Lytham through different eyes by following the "Counterpart" temporary art trail through the streets of Lytham to discover new ways of seeing this wonderful coastal town.

Twelve specially commissioned contemporary art interventions located around Lytham encouraged people to get curious about their surroundings, imagine alternative histories and explore new possibilities.

The trail was supported by a host of public creative workshops delivered by local artists delivered across the week of Lytham Festival and culminated in a two day outdoor Gamelan performance led by our friends at More Music.
